Solana RWA Ecosystem Reaches Record $4.6 Billion

Solana’s RWA ecosystem reaches a record $4.6 billion in total value as tokenized equities, Treasuries and other assets expand.
Solana RWA ecosystem reaches a record $4.6 billion in total value, reflecting growth in tokenized real-world assets on the blockchain.

Solana’s real-world asset (RWA) ecosystem has reached a record $4.6 billion in total value, according to Cointelegraph, marking another milestone for tokenized assets on the blockchain.

The figure reflects continued expansion in the value of real-world assets represented and distributed through Solana. Recent data shows the network’s RWA market has grown substantially from earlier this year, when its non-stablecoin RWA value stood at $3.7 billion across 313,000 holders in late July.

Solana’s RWA Market Sets New Record

The latest $4.6 billion figure represents a new high for Solana’s RWA ecosystem. The milestone follows the network’s move above $4 billion in August, when Solana’s official account announced that its RWA ecosystem had reached a new all-time high.

Real-world assets on Solana span several categories, including tokenized U.S. Treasuries, public equities, private credit, sovereign debt, commodities and liquidity funds. The Solana Foundation said in July that institutional assets on the network had developed into a multibillion-dollar ecosystem involving financial institutions and asset managers.

The growth has also extended beyond the value of assets issued on the network. Data compiled by Allium shows Solana accounted for 47% of onchain RWA trades over the 12 months through Aug. 18, 2026, while representing 12% of total onchain RWA market capitalization.

Tokenized Equities and Financial Assets

Tokenized equities have become an important component of Solana’s RWA activity. Allium’s analysis found that equities represented $8.2 billion of the $14.7 billion in RWA spot volume recorded on Solana over the measured 12-month period.

The network also hosts tokenized fixed-income products and other financial instruments. According to the Solana Foundation, companies and financial institutions including BlackRock, Franklin Templeton, Apollo, Hamilton Lane, VanEck, WisdomTree, State Street, Securitize and Ondo have live deployments, announced products or formal tokenization initiatives involving Solana.

BlackRock’s BUIDL fund, for example, was available on Solana through Securitize with more than $600 million held on the network as of late July, according to the Solana Foundation.

RWA Activity Continues to Expand

The latest record follows a sharp increase in Solana’s RWA market during 2026. In January, the ecosystem was substantially smaller, while by July the value of non-stablecoin RWAs had reached $3.7 billion, according to the Solana Foundation.

The expansion has also been accompanied by a broadening range of tokenized assets and increased participation. Allium reported 374,000 RWA traders on Solana during its 12-month measurement period, with activity concentrated across equities, fixed income and other tokenized financial products.

The latest $4.6 billion milestone provides a new reference point for the size of Solana’s RWA ecosystem as issuers continue deploying tokenized financial assets on the network.
