Stellar Leads Daily RWA Growth as Tokenized Assets Reach $3.47 Billion
Stellar recorded the largest daily increase in real-world asset (RWA) value among 10 leading blockchain networks, adding $36.4 million as the sector’s combined market capitalization rose by $96.5 million over 24 hours, according to RWA Foundation.
The increase gave Stellar a 37% share of the tracked daily growth and put it ahead of BNB Chain, which added $23.2 million during the same period. Together, the two networks accounted for about 62% of the total increase.
XLayer ranked next with a $9.8 million gain, followed by Solana at $7.7 million. Stellar’s increase was $13.2 million larger than BNB Chain’s and exceeded the combined $17.5 million increase recorded by XLayer and Solana.
The latest figures highlight continued expansion in tokenized assets across several blockchain networks, with Stellar showing particularly strong growth over both the daily and monthly periods.
Stellar RWA Growth Accelerates in October
Data from RWA.xyz showed that distributed RWA assets on Stellar reached $3.47 billion at the beginning of October, marking a 5.86% increase over the previous month.
The network also recorded a sharper increase in RWA transfer activity. Monthly transfer volume rose 45% to $581.5 million, indicating higher movement of tokenized assets alongside the growth in the value distributed across the network.

The broader RWA sector was approaching a total market value of $46 billion by the end of September, with tokenization activity expanding across multiple blockchain networks.
Stellar's growth has also been accompanied by a relatively concentrated pool of capital. The network's tokenization ecosystem includes 72 projects, with average funds per initiative exceeding $48 million. For comparison, Solana's average was about $1.4 million per initiative.
Regulated Funds Support Stellar's Tokenized Asset Market
Several large regulated funds account for significant portions of Stellar's tokenized asset ecosystem. Products associated with Spiko, Ondo Finance and Franklin Templeton represent some of the largest reported balances on the network.
Spiko Amundi Overnight Swap Fund accounted for €1.225 billion, making it one of the largest named funds in Stellar's tokenization ecosystem. Ondo U.S. Dollar Yield held $536.89 million, while Franklin Templeton's BENJI product accounted for $513.78 million.
The Ondo and BENJI products together represented more than $1 billion in assets, underscoring the concentration of institutional capital among a relatively limited number of tokenized funds.
Beyond tokenized real-world assets, Stellar had a stablecoin capitalization of $409.9 million, while stablecoin transfer volume reached $10.1 billion over a 30-day period.
The network's decentralized finance ecosystem also recorded $273 million in total value locked. Separately, ledger activity reached a reported peak of 217.4 transactions per second.
Taken together, the figures show Stellar expanding its RWA market alongside rising transfer activity, stablecoin usage and institutional participation. Its $36.4 million daily increase also made it the largest contributor to the latest 24-hour growth tracked across the 10 networks.
