Bitcoin Tops $86,000 as Dogecoin Rises and Hood Inu Jumps 648.9%
According to CoinGecko data, Bitcoin gained 1.5% to $86,288.88, with approximately $23.43 billion in trading volume. Its market capitalization reached $1.73 trillion, keeping Bitcoin as the largest cryptocurrency by market value.
Bitcoin and Ethereum Lead Major Crypto Gains
Ethereum also moved higher, gaining 1.0% to $2,727.24. The second-largest cryptocurrency recorded approximately $8.75 billion in trading volume and a market capitalization of $333.02 billion.
Combined trading volume for Bitcoin and Ethereum reached approximately $32.18 billion, with Bitcoin accounting for the larger portion of turnover during the period.
XRP gained 1.7% to $1.52, bringing its market capitalization to $96.04 billion, while trading volume reached approximately $1.61 billion. BNB advanced 0.9% to $793.93, with a market capitalization of $105.72 billion and approximately $885.96 million in trading volume.
Solana rose 0.6% to $121.64, generating approximately $2.41 billion in trading volume and reaching a market capitalization of $71.56 billion. Its trading turnover exceeded that of XRP and BNB despite its smaller percentage gain.
Dogecoin Outpaces Several Major Tokens
Dogecoin gained 3.5% to $0.09648, outperforming Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, BNB and Solana over the same period. Its trading volume reached approximately $769.14 million, while its market capitalization stood at $15.07 billion.
Hyperliquid increased 2.0% to $91.83 and recorded a market capitalization of $20.43 billion. Its trading volume reached approximately $610.47 million.
Zcash gained 0.2% to $1,329.93, with approximately $457.84 million in trading volume and a market capitalization of $22.56 billion. TRON was among the decliners, slipping 0.1% to $0.3351, with trading volume of $226.53 million and a market capitalization of $31.84 billion.
Hood Inu Leads Smaller Token Rally
Hood Inu recorded the largest percentage increase among the tracked gainers, jumping 648.9% to $0.02117. Its trading volume reached approximately $112.10 million.
BabyCashCat followed with a 277.4% gain to $0.02225 and approximately $4.80 million in trading volume. Agent Cat rose 97.1% to $0.03089, supported by approximately $16.07 million in turnover.
Gitcoin gained 70.3% to $0.1973 and recorded approximately $117.69 million in trading volume. Despite its smaller percentage increase compared with Hood Inu, Gitcoin generated higher turnover during the period.
Fren Pet climbed 69.4% to $10.96, although its trading volume was approximately $635,530, substantially below the turnover recorded by the largest gainers.
Other Smaller Tokens Post Double-Digit Gains
KAIO increased 31.0% to $0.02583, with approximately $1.87 million in trading volume, while Boner Coin gained 28.7% to $0.0674 and recorded $3.84 million in turnover.
Nillion advanced 23.4% to $0.1046, generating approximately $46.16 million in trading volume. DIMO rose 20.6% to $0.0335 during the same 24-hour period.
The broader market therefore showed relatively moderate gains among major cryptocurrencies, while smaller tokens produced substantially larger percentage moves. Hood Inu and BabyCashCat recorded the strongest increases among the smaller assets tracked in the report.
