Ondo Finance tokenized stocks reach a record $1.26 billion in TVL as blockchain-based equity adoption expands.

Ondo Finance’s tokenized stock platform has reached an all-time high of $1.26 billion in total value locked (TVL), according to data shared by Cointelegraph on X, as the market for blockchain-based representations of traditional equities continues to expand.

The milestone places Ondo Stocks above the $1 billion level it surpassed earlier in 2026. Ondo Finance said in May that its tokenized stocks and exchange-traded funds had exceeded $1 billion in TVL, making it the first tokenized-stock platform to reach that threshold.

Ondo Stocks Expands Tokenized Equity Market

Ondo Stocks provides tokenized exposure to U.S. stocks and ETFs through blockchain networks. The platform currently supports more than 450 tokenized stocks and ETFs across Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana, according to Ondo Finance.

The products are designed for non-U.S. retail and institutional users, with the underlying securities held through U.S. broker-dealers. Ondo says its tokenized stocks can be minted and redeemed and are available around the clock on supported networks, subject to jurisdictional and other restrictions.

The latest TVL figure represents further growth from the $1.01 billion recorded by Ondo Stocks in August. At that time, the company said the platform had processed $27 billion in cumulative trading volume during its first 10 months after launching in September 2025.

Tokenized Stocks Gain DeFi Utility

Ondo has also expanded the ways its tokenized equities can be used within blockchain-based financial markets. In February, the company announced that selected tokenized stocks and ETFs could be used as collateral in decentralized finance applications through Chainlink data feeds, with Euler among the protocols supporting the initial integration.

The development allows tokenized securities to move beyond simple price exposure and into lending and borrowing applications. Ondo’s current platform information also lists tokenized stocks as collateral for lending and borrowing on Morpho, while the assets are available across multiple supported networks.

The broader tokenized-equity market has expanded rapidly this year. Cointelegraph reported in March, citing RWA.xyz data, that tokenized stocks had surpassed $1 billion in total onchain value, with Ondo accounting for roughly 58% of the market at the time.

Growth Continues Across Ondo’s Platform

Ondo has continued adding infrastructure around its tokenized securities as demand for onchain access to traditional financial assets grows. In July, the company announced a partnership with Broadridge that would allow holders of more than 250 tokenized securities to participate in shareholder voting and access corporate communications.

The latest $1.26 billion TVL figure marks another record for Ondo Stocks. The platform's next phase will depend on continued development of its tokenized stock offerings, distribution across blockchain networks and integration with decentralized financial applications.
