OISY Wallet Adds Native XRP Support With XRP Ledger and NEAR Intents Integration
OISY Wallet has launched native support for XRP in version 2.6.0, allowing users to store, transfer and exchange XRP directly within the multi-asset wallet, according to BSCN.
Native XRP Support
OISY Wallet, an application incubated by Internet Computer, has added XRP to its supported assets with the release of version 2.6.0. The update enables all OISY users to manage XRP directly through the wallet rather than relying on a separate application for basic XRP transactions.
The wallet supports multiple asset categories, including cryptocurrencies, stocks, commodities and collectibles. The addition of XRP expands the cryptocurrency selection already available through OISY, which includes Bitcoin ($BTC), Ethereum ($ETH), Solana ($SOL) and Internet Computer ($ICP).
XRP Ledger and NEAR Intents Features
Beyond storing and transferring XRP, OISY's new support includes functionality for XRP Ledger addresses. Users can also view their XRP transaction history within the wallet, providing access to transaction records alongside the asset-management features.
BSCN reported that OISY also allows users to exchange XRP through NEAR Intents. The integration includes destination tag notifications, a feature relevant to XRP transactions that require destination tags to identify the intended recipient or account.
The version 2.6.0 release therefore extends OISY's multi-asset functionality to the XRP ecosystem while retaining support for assets such as $BTC, $ETH, $SOL and $ICP. The update gives users access to XRP storage, transfers, transaction history and exchanges through the same wallet interface.
