XRP Healthcare Warns XRPH Wallet Users to Stop Transactions Amid Security Investigation
XRP Healthcare has urged users of XRPH Wallet to stop all wallet activity after several holders reported unauthorized transfers involving XRPH, XRPHAI and other assets.
In a post on X, XRP Healthcare said it was responding to reports of transactions that users said they had not authorized. The reports have raised concerns about possible unauthorized access to wallet credentials and digital assets, while also triggering uncertainty within the community over the scope of the incident.
The project's development team has launched an urgent investigation into the suspected wallet security compromise. As part of the review, investigators are tracing affected transactions on the XRP Ledger and examining addresses associated with the reported movements of funds.
The team is also working with relevant parties to assess whether transferred assets can potentially be frozen or recovered. The prospects for recovery may depend on where the assets were sent and whether any funds reached centralized cryptocurrency exchanges.
At this stage, XRP Healthcare has not established the total amount of assets potentially affected. It also has not identified the specific vulnerability responsible for the disputed transactions.
XRPH Wallet Investigation Focuses on Unauthorized Transfers
The investigation is examining how unauthorized access may have occurred. Several possibilities remain unresolved, including exposed credentials, software vulnerabilities or compromises affecting individual users.
For that reason, XRP Healthcare has advised users to avoid deposits, withdrawals and transfers through XRPH Wallet until the investigation is completed.
Blockchain records can help investigators establish where assets moved and when transactions occurred. They can also provide information about recipient addresses and interactions with cryptocurrency exchanges or decentralized applications.
However, transaction data alone does not establish how an attacker obtained access. Determining whether private keys, passwords or other authentication information were compromised requires additional investigation beyond the publicly visible ledger activity.
XRP Healthcare said it plans to release additional information once investigators have verified the cause of the incident and determined its impact.
The warning comes as affected users may be particularly vulnerable to secondary scams. People concerned about missing assets should be cautious of unsolicited messages, suspicious links and individuals claiming they can recover funds or provide emergency wallet support.
Users should not disclose seed phrases, private keys, passwords or authentication codes to anyone claiming to represent XRP Healthcare, a wallet provider, an exchange or an investigation team.
Security Concerns Add Pressure on XRPH Wallet Users
The incident adds scrutiny to XRPH Wallet, which is relatively new and has a smaller user base than more established self-custody wallet products within the XRP ecosystem.
Recent incidents involving other cryptocurrency hardware and wallet products, including Coldcard and Trezor, have also heightened attention around issues such as firmware security, key generation, customer information and digital-asset storage.
For XRPH Wallet users, however, the immediate priority remains limiting further activity while the investigation continues.
XRP Healthcare has yet to determine whether the reported transfers resulted from a broader wallet vulnerability or individual account compromises. The project's efforts are currently focused on tracing the disputed transactions, determining the underlying cause and assessing whether any transferred assets can be recovered.
Until those questions are resolved, suspending wallet activity remains the precaution advised to users affected by or concerned about the reported unauthorized transfers.
