Upbit to List Cluster Protocol, Hemi and USELESS Across Crypto Trading
South Korean cryptocurrency exchange Upbit will add Cluster Protocol (CP), Hemi (HEMI) and Useless (USELESS) to its trading platform, according to information published by @WuBlockchain. The listings will expand access to the three tokens across selected Korean won, Bitcoin and Tether markets.
CP will be available against KRW, BTC and USDT. HEMI and USELESS will be listed in BTC and USDT markets. The additions give Upbit users exposure to projects spanning artificial intelligence infrastructure, Bitcoin interoperability and Solana-based meme-coin activity.
Upbit Adds Three Tokens Across Multiple Markets
Cluster Protocol describes its network as an AI infrastructure protocol designed to connect AI models, data, GPU computing and AI agents with onchain payments. Its listing across three trading pairs gives CP the broadest market access among the newly added assets.
Hemi will trade against BTC and USDT. The project focuses on a modular Layer 2 designed to connect Bitcoin and Ethereum, placing it within the expanding group of blockchain networks seeking interoperability between the two ecosystems.
USELESS, meanwhile, will be available through BTC and USDT pairs. The token is a Solana-based meme coin, giving Upbit users access to an asset category that has remained active across the Solana ecosystem despite its substantially different use case from the infrastructure-oriented projects being listed alongside it.
What the Upbit Listings Mean for the Market
Upbit is South Korea’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, making its token listings significant for projects seeking access to one of Asia’s most active digital-asset markets. Listings can broaden a token’s potential trading base and improve access to local-markets liquidity, although the effect varies depending on trading demand and market conditions.
The three additions also illustrate the range of crypto assets competing for exchange liquidity. AI infrastructure remains a major blockchain investment theme, Bitcoin-Ethereum connectivity continues to develop through Layer 2 and interoperability projects, while meme coins retain a separate speculative segment of the market.
The immediate focus will be on trading activity following the listings and whether CP, HEMI and USELESS develop sustained liquidity across their respective Upbit markets.
